Ratatouille à la Knuckle

Ingredients
  

  • Tomatoes
  • Stringbeans
  • Summer Squash and Other Veg
  • Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mash up diced tomatoes and herbs and spread at the bottom of pan.
  • Add a layer of stringbeans because you have many.
  • Slice up your veg. Even the weirdest summer squash makes a layerable slice.
  • Layer layer layer layer layer. Maybe listen to the Jays game on the radio as you go.
  • You can put oil on top if you like that.
  • Chuck in the 350 oven for an hour.
  • Shazam.
