Ratatouille à la Knuckle
Ingredients
- Tomatoes
- Stringbeans
- Summer Squash and Other Veg
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Mash up diced tomatoes and herbs and spread at the bottom of pan.
- Add a layer of stringbeans because you have many.
- Slice up your veg. Even the weirdest summer squash makes a layerable slice.
- Layer layer layer layer layer. Maybe listen to the Jays game on the radio as you go.
- You can put oil on top if you like that.
- Chuck in the 350 oven for an hour.
- Shazam.
